Director of the Education Export Center Mr. Dmitry Nersesyan has been appointed the Head of the Committee on International Education and Partnership of Eurasian People's Assembly
Dmitry Nersesyan is now in charge of the Committee on International Education and Partnership of the International Union of Non-Governmental Organizations "The General Eurasian Peoples' Assembly". He is also the head of the Russian Education Export Center and the Global Russian Education Day (Global RED) project.

Dmitry Nersesyan has more than 18 years of experience in the field of international education, including in the implementation of the national project "Education" and the federal project "Export of Education".

The Committee's activities are aimed at creating conditions for enhancing cooperation between academic institutions operating within the Eurasian space and non-academic organizations around the world, whose activities are related to the promotion of educational, scientific and educational projects in the interests of strengthening peace and security. The Committee consists of leading specialists and experts in the field of international academic cooperation, representatives of non-governmental, scientific, educational and public associations of the Eurasian countries specializing in the field of international academic cooperation.

The Committee is a self-regulating body of The General Eurasian Peoples' Assembly.

The International Union of Non-Governmental Organizations "The General Eurasian Peoples' Assembly" was established at the First Congress of the Peoples' Assembly on May 27, 2017 in Moscow.

The General Eurasian Peoples' Assembly was created with the aim of forming an integration model of a large Eurasian partnership at the public level, expanding and deepening contacts between peoples.

This organization is intended to become a platform for uniting the efforts of non-governmental organizations and business communities in the development of integration processes, the approval of the ideas of peacemaking and the strengthening of neighborly and business relations. The scope of the Assembly's interests is the further development of the main activities of the established International Union of Non-Governmental Organizations as an important tool of public diplomacy and increasing its role in the formation of a multi-polar world.

Dmitri has been working in the field of international education since 2002. Worked in different universities of Russia on both junior and senior positions. Dmitri specializes in developing international business of universities, higher education international marketing, and promoting universities on global educational market.
